Its services includes the mergers and acquisitions; strategic growth planning; review and implementation of effective administrative procedures and policies; development of training programmes for delivery ; rebranding of existing training development .
AA knowledge is also a Class A registered training provider under the Human Resources Development Fund, which is a body corporate under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources and has established a strong affiliation with it and other various government bodies since its inception.

Board Of Governance
MR. MURUGAN VELOO
Murugan Veloo is the founder and the Managing Director of AA Knowledge Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. He graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with a Bachelors Honours Degree in Psychology and Political Science. He obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
He established AA Knowledge more than 16 years ago to provide consultancy services to private higher educational institutions in the country. These services include the establishment of private colleges; refining and redefining operational procedures and processes of the colleges; rebranding private colleges; mergers and acquisitions; submitting course approvals to the Ministry of Higher Education and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency and proposing organizational change and new business strategies for private colleges.
He has been involved in advising more than 20 private higher educational institutions in the areas mentioned above and is now looking to expand the activities of AA Knowledge in the region as part of his plans for the company’s expansion.
DR. MOHAMAD RASHID BIN NAVI BAX
Dr. Mohamad Rashid Bin Navi Bax was appointed as a Director in June 2010 and has continued to assist AA Knowledge in its development and business expansion strategies.
He graduated with a BSc Honours degree in in Automation Engineering from City University London and went on to obtain a PhD in Industrial Education and Technology from Iowa State University, United States of America.
He has had a very distinguished career in the area of technical education in public higher institutions of learning. He started his career in government service as a lecturer in the Ungku Omar Polytechnic in Ipoh, Perak in 1974.
He progressed to become Principal in two other polytechnics and was later made Assistant Director at the Technical and Vocational Education Division of the Ministry of Education. He rose to the position of Deputy Director in the same division in 1995 and became director of the Polytechnic Management Division in 2005. In 2007 he was appointed Deputy Director General.
Since retirement from government service, he was appointed Consultant in the World Bank India TVET project in the year 2010. Currently Dr Mohamad Rashid serves as a Senior Project Advisor to Carl Duisberg Centren, Cologne, Germany. He has also served as a member of the Academic Advisory Board of KBU International College, Petaling Jaya Malaysia and was a Council member of Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.
MR. ALEX ABRAHAM
Alex Abraham was appointed as Advisor/Governor to AA Knowledge Malaysia in February 2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Malaya, and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma from Henley Staff Administrative College, Henley-on Thames, England 1980. He has also attended numerous management programmes including the Allen Management Programme conducted by Singapore Institute of Management 1982 and Credit Analysis and Risk Management conducted by the Harvard Institute of International Development, Harvard University (HIID), 1997.
Alex Abraham began his working career as a Cadet Journalist and rose to the position of Sub-editor in the year 1970-1974. He then left to join the National Productivity Corporation, Ministry of International Trade, as a Training and Investigating Officer in the Industrial Relations section from the year 1974 to 1977.
He then joined Malaysia Building Society in 1997as a Special Assistant to the General Manager and rose to the rank of Controller Operations and Head of Administration. In 1993 he was appointed Finance Director of Stamford College group, the oldest private college in Malaysia and was appointed its first Managing Director as a publicly listed company.
He was also a Founder Director of the Asian Centre for Development Studies, undertaking corporate training programme, and MBA & DBA programmes and HIID short courses.
He joined Scicom Academy Sdn.Bhd first as a Consultant in 2010. Subsequently he was made as a Senior Vice President of the Academy and also Chief Executive Officer of Scicom International College which has been given approval to establish itself as Private Higher Education Institution.
