Overview

This workshop embraces the development of business cases from the development of a concept to the business case package for presentation to decision makers, including a roadmap for the implementation of the concept and the delivery of value.

  • Cost Accounting Methods, Cash flow, Financial Metrics
  • Developing the assumptions for benefits and costs

  • Creating the business case financial model

  • Developing cash flow projections for each scenario
  • Comparing scenarios with financial metrics and non-financial KPI’s
  • Expanding the financial model to incorporate risk.
